The provisions of this Catalog do not constitute a contract, express or implied, between any applicant, student or faculty member and The University of Texas Permian Basin (UT Permian Basin) or The University Texas System (UT System).  UT Permian Basin reserves the right to withdraw courses at any time, to change fees or tuition, calendar, curriculum, degree requirements, graduation procedures, and any other requirements affecting students. Changes will become effective whenever the proper authorities so determine and will apply to both prospective students and those already enrolled.

Catalog Availability

The Undergraduate Catalog is published annually in a digital format.  Once the new catalog is published online, the previous year’s catalog is archived and can be accessed via the Registrar’s page.  Archived copies of catalogs from 2005 to the most recent archived year can be accessed at http://www.utpb.edu/academics/registration/office-of-the-registrar/catalog-archive  Prior to 1999 the Undergraduate and Graduate Catalogs were combined into a single document.  Information found in undergraduate catalogs dating before 2005 can be obtained by contacting the Registrar’s Office at registrar@utpb.edu or 432-552-2635.

Students who need information from a past graduate catalog that is not found online at http://www.utpb.edu/academics/registration/office-of-the-registrar/catalog-archive should contact Graduate Studies at gradstudies@utpb.edu or 432-552-2530.  Graduate Studies retains a copy of every previous graduate catalog.
